In order to secure the cable from jumping out of the pulley every accruing and run out cable needs to be secured by a wedge according to the plans. I thought I'm smart and take some really solid light delrin (POM). Invested 4 hours to make the pieces and before I was about to bond them in place, I read, that bonding POM is not really a good idea- it won't last long!!! There is a way though to make it last longer. Pre- treat the pom with acid before bonding would help. I decided to make new once from birch ply wood 17mm.
